CORE IP
One intelligence foundation
ARCEON OS and INTELL are designed to own the enterprise-context, decision and governed orchestration layer beneath every authorised application.
ARCEON GROUP™ / PLANETARY INTELLIGENCE INFRASTRUCTURE™
One governed operating platform designed to connect fragmented enterprise data and systems, discover consequential work, coordinate AI capabilities and measure authorised outcomes.
Commercialise through WORKFORCE and COMMAND. Expand the same foundation into humanitarian, sovereign and civic applications as each domain earns technical, customer and regulatory qualification.
INVESTOR THESIS / ONE PLATFORM
ARCEON is not seeking to develop four disconnected AI companies. It is building one reusable intelligence infrastructure, with an initial enterprise product and the ability to develop governed applications for other major institutional markets.
CORE IP
ARCEON OS and INTELL are designed to own the enterprise-context, decision and governed orchestration layer beneath every authorised application.
FIRST COMMERCIAL PRODUCT
WORKFORCE and COMMAND turn intelligence into an understandable enterprise product with measurable actions, approvals and recurring licence potential.
POTENTIAL NETWORK ADVANTAGE
Opt-in capability discovery, mutual introductions and evaluated reusable knowledge can create value beyond the individual customer's deployment.
EXPANSION OPTIONALITY
Enterprise is the first market. Humanitarian, sovereign and civic applications can reuse the governed foundation with distinct data and authority controls.
Investment discipline: the target valuation, IP ownership, customer traction, learning claims and extension into future domains require diligence. Roadmap applications are not current commercial revenue.

AI models are replaceable. A governed understanding of how institutions operate, which interventions work and what those interventions deliver is harder to reproduce.
ARCEON's intended data moat is not ownership of customer data. It is the proprietary intelligence infrastructure and validated operating knowledge that can accumulate through authorised outcomes.
Systems, operating conditions, assets, dependencies, roles and goals—not isolated prompts or dashboards.
Recommendations linked to the evidence, risk, urgency, policy and accountable decision-maker.
Which approved agents, tools and workflows perform reliably, at what cost and under what conditions.
What actually changed after an authorised intervention—versus the expected outcome and original baseline.
Only evaluated, permissioned methods and publishable capabilities can inform another eligible organisation.
Customer records, embeddings, sensitive operational history and sovereign intelligence do not automatically become shared network data. Cross-tenant learning remains disabled until privacy, legal rights, evaluation and security requirements are met.
BUILDING PLANETARY INTELLIGENCE FOR TOMORROW
Reduce duplicated work, decision delay, avoidable downtime and underused operating capacity.
WORKFORCE / COMMANDRoute scarce resources to verified needs faster, with accountable allocation and delivery evidence.
IMPACT / ROADMAPCombine authorised information without losing policy, command authority or operational traceability.
SENTINEL FUSION / ROADMAPIdentify public-service gaps and coordinate accountable improvements without surveillance.
GUARDIAN / ROADMAP5,000 institutional deployments × $4M annual verified economic benefit per institution.
5,000 paying customer deployments × $200,000 average annual software revenue.
ARCEON OS provides the governed substrate. INTELL and WORKFORCE are the initial commercial focus. IMPACT, SENTINEL FUSION and GUARDIAN are qualified expansion paths—not four competing core platforms.
01 / What the technology does
ARCEON OS owns the governed intelligence operating fabric. INTELL interprets enterprise context; WORKFORCE coordinates authorised capabilities; COMMAND is the executive interface. IMPACT, SENTINEL FUSION and GUARDIAN are planned domain applications of the same foundation, with separate permissions and regulatory boundaries.
Governed foundation
Connects authorised services, events, knowledge and permissions into an organisation-controlled operating boundary.
View product pageControlled tenant qualification
Brings evidence, uncertainty and accountable decision context into an enterprise environment. COMMAND is its executive workspace.
View product pageDeveloping capability
A future humanitarian response product for verified needs and accountable coordination; no public claim is made of active deployment or autonomous allocation.
View product pageDeveloping capability
A sovereign and defence intelligence product described at awareness, fusion and governed coordination level; no claim is made of autonomous weapons control or sovereign command transfer.
View product pageRoadmap capability
Consent-based civic intelligence for public feedback, service coordination and accountable improvement—separate from surveillance.
View product page02 / The economic problem
The operating problem
Critical decisions commonly require teams to reconcile disconnected evidence, unclear confidence and uncertain ownership across different tools and organisations.
The commercial boundary
Global economic effects of poor coordination are not equivalent to software spending that ARCEON can sell into. No market-size or economic-loss figure is published here without approved source, year, scope and method.
03 / How ARCEON can earn
Enterprise platform licences
The proposed model is enterprise platform licensing alongside governed deployment and support. Commercial terms are not published on this page.
Additional product contracts
Where product maturity and authority permit, IMPACT and SENTINEL may support separate contractual engagements. BANKTO commercial revenue remains BANKTO’s unless a separate ARCEON contractual entitlement is evidenced.
04 / Why the architecture matters
Permissioned tenant isolation
Each organisation retains defined boundaries around its data, services and decision rights rather than inheriting a shared cross-tenant operating context.
Evidence provenance and outcome feedback
The architecture is intended to retain source, freshness, uncertainty, authority, response reference and outcome rationale in the decision path. Reuse is constrained by approved governance.
05 / Demonstrated and next
Demonstrated publicly
The LABS Preview explains the decision pattern and public product maturity through interactive illustrations and controlled concept routes.
View public demonstrationIn qualification
INTELL tenant workflows and connected operating records remain subject to identity, permissions, data and runtime qualification.

BANKTO may be described as the intended first enterprise deployment. This page does not describe it as a paying tenant, operational scale proof or completed contract.
